Mark's obituary
Mark Anthony Boitnott was born on January 20, 1975. His beautiful soul was taken to heaven on February 17, 2022.
Mark was an incredible, one-of-a-kind, human. He was a family man whose world revolved around his wife and children. He loved fishing, cheering on his kids at their sporting events, building fires - and above all - just thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his loved ones. He was a craftsman, someone who loved to build. He was a talented carpenter who made a woodworking business out of a small woodshop in his very own backyard. His love language was acts of service - something that was obvious to anyone who was blessed enough to receive some of his handmade artwork.
He loved listening to music. He didn't drive or ride in a vehicle without a song playing. He would walk around the house singing whatever song was stuck in his head that day. He used music as an outlet to express his emotions or to relax. He passed this love down to his wife and kids, who will use his favorite songs to feel close to him again.
Mark was one of the most loyal men you'll ever meet. He would give the shirt off of his back to anyone who needed it. He always wanted to help others even when he may not have had the means to do so. The ones who called him a friend know all of these things to be true, and know that they were lucky to have his friendship.
He will never be forgotten by anyone who knew him and his heart. His spirit lives on through the music he loved, the stained shirts he left behind, every living tree - and most importantly, through the memories his loved ones have with him.
Mark is survived by his wife of 18 years, Stephanie Boitnott, son Austin Boitnott, daughter Samantha Boitnott, son Seth Boitnott, daughter Anna Boitnott, son Ty Boitnott, mother Lynne Boitnott, brother Jimmy Boitnott Jr. and wife Stacey Boitnott, brother Sam Boitnott and wife Rachel Boitnott, nieces Ashton Boitnott, Braelyn Boitnott, Hannah Boitnott, Jessie Boitnott, and nephews Chase Boitnott and Parker Boitnott.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Boitnott Sr.
