Marjorie Herring gained her angel wings on April 3, 2022  home in Dayton, Ohio. Marjorie was 87 years old.

Marjorie's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here. Marjorie was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. Not a day went by where Marjorie didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life. Marjorie is survived by her loving son , Ralph D. Herring, her sister Mildred Echols, 9 great grandchildren, a host of great and great great grandchildren,  and countless friends. Marjorie was predeceased by her father Lonnie B Echols, her mother Mary Willie Echols,  her daughters Deborah Herring and Angela Burnett, her sister Fenolia Johnson, and her brother Joe Louis Echols. No Services will be held at Marjorie's request.
