Marion's obituary

Marion D. Noska, 74, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away on March 29, 2025. She was born on September 27, 1950, in Port Lavaca, Texas, to Frank and Ruby Rokyta and grew up in Victoria, Texas.

Marion dedicated over 48 years of her life to serving others as a pediatric nurse, bringing comfort and care to countless children and families. Her nurturing and compassionate spirit extended beyond her career into every aspect of her life—her greatest joys were her family, her faith, and her love of helping others.

She was a devoted member of Fishers of Men Lutheran Church in Sugar Land, where she also served as a Stephen Minister, offering guidance and support to those in need. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, shaping the kindness and grace she showed to everyone around her.

Marion is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Paul Noska Jr; her daughters, Jill Noska and Robyn Walker; her son-in-law, Chad Walker; and her beloved grandchildren, Rylie and Cole Walker. She is also survived by her siblings, Ruby Wilson, Gloria McCormick, Marvin Rokyta, and Franklin Rokyta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ruby Rokyta.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 9:30 AM at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church, 2011 Austin Pkwy, Sugar Land, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fishers of Men Lutheran Church in her honor.

Marion’s legacy of love, kindness, and service will forever be cherished by those who knew her.
