I'm so sorry for the loss of Marina. I'll always think of her whenever we’re in the backyard. She would pop her smiling face barely over the fence to chat & watch my grandsons playing. We planted one of her lavender bushes & it’s now doing well & flourishing. She really loved her garden & worked hard on it. We miss you & think of you everyday.

 I miss my dear friend Marina dearly.  Her and I reconnected a few years ago at friends memorial.  We hiked, had dinners,  and she was a great support for me  during a rough time.  My heartfelt condolences to her family.

I have not seen Marina in several years and am heartbroken that she has left this physical world!   She was an amazing person from my perspective,  so positive, and respected her body,  and health in general.  I am sad to see that she battled pancreatic cancer, and regretful that I will no longer bump into her around the coast, such as in full costume on Halloween!  One of a kind people like Marina live on in our souls.

2023, Berkeley, CA
Here are photos of Marina with Bill and Tony in mid-March at Codornices Park, adjacent to Berkeley's Rose Garden. The Golden Gate Bridge is faintly visible in the background. I remember she loved these photos, and it was a really fun day. She even went down Codornices’ long, curvy concrete slide (on cardboard of course) which I was too afraid to do!
