It is with deep sorrow that we announce the demise of Marilyn 'Smithy' Smith, who passed away on June 23rd, 2023. Born on April 4, 1972, Marilyn was a beacon of light and love, deeply cherished by all who knew her. Despite being commonly known as 'Smithy', she had a preference for her given name Marilyn.
Marilyn is survived by her beloved daughter, Amanda Sheppard, who will continue to uphold her mother's legacy of compassion and resilience. Marilyn's life was a testament to the strength of her spirit and the depth of her love. Her memory will forever remain etched in our hearts.
