Today my mommy, Marilyn Bailey, would’ve been 89 years old. She was the best mom ever! Even when she wasn’t herself and couldn’t remember us, she still had her “family” face. She would light up whenever any family came in the room (she did not do the same when nurses or other folks came), and her happiness and JOY (one of her absolute favorite words btw), showed through the expressions on her face. Miss her so very very much -I’m sure I will always miss my mommy and daddy. ❤️💔 But the memories will last until we see them again! She was 🐝 🐑 ☕️ ❤️BEE YOU TEA FULL inside and out!!
Loving thoughts and sincerest sympathy to you and family of your beautiful gentle Mom. Have the fondest memories of years past with your Mom and Dad. Much Love, Aunt Allyson
I did not know your loved one Marilyn but after reading her obituary I wish I would of known her. She sounded like a sweet heart of a lady and just that a lady. The kind of daughter/mother/grandmother everyone would want. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I often look at my patients and wonder what they were like when they were younger. With dementia and alzheimer's they are not able to let us know what their lives were like growning up. I'm doing mothers family histroy and learning so much I wish I would of known when my mother was alive to be able to ask questions. My mother had a hard life as a little girl and my grandmother worked with Dororthy Day in New York City the questions I would of asked.... It's so nice to read Marilyn's Obituary and see that you her family knew her so well and loved one another so much.
Again so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
May God bless you,

I love this video of mom. My sister had gotten her a baby doll because she loves babies so much. I think she said she liked it at first, but later on she just pointed at it and said that kid over there just won’t be quiet! :-)

Your Mom always had a smile and was the kindest and most forgiving woman I ever knew. My prayers are with your family.
What a beautiful collection of memories. I feel honoured to be able to learn about Marilyn, I’m sorry I couldn’t meet this lovely lady in the flesh but I am thankful to her for blessing me with the beautiful friend of her daughter, Jeanie. Heartfelt condolences to all her family and friends, may she be sleeping peacefully now until the Kingdom comes. 💕
Super eight videos of my mom, Marilyn O’Connor Bailey. Shadowy pictures from the past...the music was from a little Ferris wheel toy she had. The good ole summertime...strolling down the Shady Lane. That’s what mom called our childhood home.

Here's a video of mommy singing with me back when songs brought memories back to her.

What a beautiful memorial! I was one of those children years ago that your Mother drove to Sunday school. I spent numerous hours at the Bailey homestead playing with Laura. I remember absolutely loving your Mother's cookies. Both of your parents were wonderful. My sincerest condolences for everyone in the family.
What a beautiful memorial for a beautiful woman! Fly high Aunt Marilyn! ❤️
I am sad to learn of her passing. Marilyn treat me and my family so well. Sorry to her family.
