Marilyn Ann Moore was born February 17, 1951 the only daughter of Frank and Phyllis Moore. Marilyn grew up in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland Oregon. She attended Sellwood Grade School and Cleveland High School. Marilyn was a vibrant and strong personality. She was firm in her beliefs throughout her life.
