Marie Gisele's obituary

Marie lived 85 years of life filled with excitement, adventure, and travel. Marie obtained her professional nursing degree in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In the late 1960s, she came to the United States where she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Registered Nurse in pediatric divisions across several hospitals. Marie had a great deal of pride and passion in her career and emphasized that all of her children and grandchildren obtain a respectful profession or trade.

She loved to travel and experience life & different cultures. Her most cherished trips involved bringing her family together. She found happiness and joy in her daily activities of Silver Sneakers, listening to Kompa, watching the news, crocheting, and spending time with her mango tree. She was also never afraid to embark on new adventures such as playing piano. Her presence was amazing and her personality was contagious. She touched every ones life, even if they only met once. We will continue to honor her legacy by living our lives to the fullest as she had.
