Our beautiful, loving mother Elaine passed away on September 23, 2024 in the comfort of her loving children & grandson.

Elaine was born on December 24,1946 to Anthony "Wawa" & Frances "Cal" (Cavallo) Martello. She was once married to Mr. Henry Furgol Jr. Elaine was born and raised in East Utica and later moved to Naples, Fl where she resided for the last 7 years.  

Elaine was a stay at home mom in her earlier years where she took great care of her children. She was an amazing cook and loved to share her food especially her famous fried meatballs with neighbors and friends. She was a very fun and creative mother and made every holiday very special for them. They will miss her dearly.

Elaine once worked for GE and in more recent years in the hospitality industry managing and bartending. Elaine was very well known and loved by her customers and she loved everyone just as much. We like to acknowledge her many loving friends at Thurston's, The Palm Grill & Pixley. She was very caring and fun and always made everyone feel right at home.

She is survived by her loving children Dana, Stephanie (Steve), Kimberly and Henry III Her grandson Eddie and great grandson Luca, Her dog Buddy, adopted daughter & caretaker Shelly, sister in law Diane, neice Melissa and children, her God daughter Paige, cousin Joe & many close long time friends including Sandy of Naples, Marge, Paulette, Marie, Chic, Greg, Mike and Louie.

It brought Elaine great joy seeing all her friends facebook photos & posts daily.

Elaine is predeceased by her parents, aunts Jennie and Carmella,  her grandsons father Edwin, brother in law Bobby, cousins Nicky, Shirley, George, Judy, Lorraine, Raeann and George, Her  best friend Pauline, Nan-Marie, dear friend Jerry & her fur baby Bella.

Her family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to everyone that has reached out to them with love & support.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date & all will be invited to celebrate her.
