Marianne Helen Clemons, age 67, of Modesto, CA, entered into eternal rest on September 28, 2023, in Modesto, California. We can find comfort in knowing that Marianne was not alone that morning, she was with her close friend, Pamela Cross who also will be missed. Marianne was a shining example of humility, gratitude, and respect for all of creation. Her unwavering faith guided her every step, and her love for her family, friends, and co-workers was a testament to her deep commitment to compassion and kindness.

Born on July 12, 1956, in Glenhausen, Germany, Marianne was a beloved daughter, sister, stepmother, godmother, aunt,  grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles (Chuck) Clemons Sr, in 2018. Marianne leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of her three stepchildren, Charles (Eddie), Michael, and Yvonne Clemons. She also leaves behind her siblings - Edward Thompson, Doris Hoffman, Gerhart Schöpa, Birgit Weber, and Frank Schöpa - who were all touched by her unwavering support and unconditional love. Additionally, Marianne's presence will be missed by her daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and goddaughters from both Germany and America, extended family members, and close friends.
