Marianne Butts (nee Choklus), of Winfield, Indiana passed away on October 25, 2023, in her home after a brief illness.
Marianne was born on April 7, 1938 to John and Mary Choklus in East Chicago, Indiana. Upon graduating from Bishop Noll Institute in 1956, Marianne began her career as a stenographer at Inland Steel in Chicago, Illinois. She then dedicated herself full time to her growing family in 1959. She returned to Inland Steel’s East …
