Mary's obituary
In Loving Memory of Bibi
Mary passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on March 8, 1932, she lived 93 remarkable years filled with devotion, laughter, strength, sarcasm, and unmistakable sass.
Mary had a way of lighting up any room she entered. She spread joy and kindness to everyone she met, offering warmth, wisdom, and a smile that could soften even the hardest day, but most importantly she made sure you were always fed. One of the kindest souls on earth and a true angel in every sense, she remained strong and spirited all the way to the end.
She found simple pleasures in life — watching The Food Network, playing on her phone, and being surrounded by the people she loved most. Her humor was sharp, her heart was generous, and her love was steady and unwavering.
Mary was one of ten children — blessed with two brothers and eight sisters — and carried the deep-rooted strength of a large, loving family throughout her life. She was a devoted mother to her dutiful and loving daughter, Eileen, and her son, Jimmy. She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and was further blessed with an abundance of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who brought her immeasurable joy.
After nearly 50 beautiful years of marriage, she is now reunited in eternal rest with her beloved husband, Jaime, whom she missed dearly during the 25 years they were apart.
Though the last few years brought their challenges, we take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, resting with God, whole and free. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, humor, and grace that will live on in all who were fortunate enough to know her.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
