Carmen was a lovely woman, we stayed in different corners of the world and we didn’t meet each other very often, last time we met was about 6 years ago in Singapore. I was impressed by her straightforward character, she was honest and direct and she did not try to hide her feelings, we talked non-stop whenever we met.  Because she married our brother Wintom and she liked many Chinese food like Hong Kong dim sum, egg tarts…. BUT she disliked to eat chicken feet that most of the Hongkongers like. One time when we met at Hong Kong and she saw my husband, Cliff ate the chicken feet, she asked him “Fat, it’s disgusting to eat chicken feet, I don’t like it…"

Carmen, you will be missed by the entire family and all of us remember your never ending smile and we will hold you in our heart forever.  Rest in Peace.

We were so sadden when we heard the news of Carmen's passing.  We will never forget her and her soul will live forever in our hearts.
