Margot was born on May 31, 1940 to Mr. and Mrs. James Carothers Milligan, Jr. (Esther Lavens Smith) in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from Palm Beach High School in 1959, she met Joe Leach 2 ½ years later in a local hotspot. They got married several years later in West Palm Beach, FL …

Event details

Memorial events are private

We wanted to thank all family and friends for reaching out during this difficult time. Due to COVID/pandemic concerns, there will be a graveside funeral with immediate family. While a very difficult decision, Joe/Family didn't want to risk anyone getting COVID from attending. There will be a recording of the ceremony which is scheduled to be held this weekend. We will provide this web link once available. We ask that you post picture/share memories and we'll make sure Joe gets to see them.
