Margaret “Peggy” Ann Wieber, 75, died Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at her home in Richmond, Virginia leaving the life she lived here on earth for her place in heaven where she now resides pain free.
Peggy was born in Baltimore, MD on September 10, 1947 but grew up in Richmond, VA graduating from Cathedral Central High School in 1965. After raising a family and establishing a career, she went back to school, earning a Bachelor …
