Margaret Alene Smith Lovins, age 99, of Lenoir went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Gateway Rehabilitation and Healthcare surrounded by family. She was born April 16, 1923 in Caldwell County to the late Julius Asberry Smith and Mary Emma Austin Smith. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Fritz T.
