Although I knew Margie much of my life, I got to know her well when she was the district president for the Northern Colorado district of the Community of Christ church and I was the youth leader for the district. We had several conversations and experiences together, and I was repeatedly reminded of what a genuinely good and caring woman she was. She was sincere in her beliefs, and she showed us those beliefs in the way she lived out her life through her actions.  I missed her when she left for Maine, and I miss her still.  I am glad to have known and been friends with her husband Dave and her children, and I wish you all the best of memories and joy at this time, knowing that we all have been touched so positively by her presence in our lives.
