Obituary
Margaret “Maggie” Rose Mulhern, 79, of Surveyor went to be with our Lord on Monday, February 28, 2022, at her home. She was born on February 14, 1943, in Bolt, West Virginia to her late parents Henderson Payton and Hattie Irene (Goff) Griffith.
Maggie leaves behind to cherish her memories, her two sons John Joseph Mulhern of Surveyor, WV, and Steve (Lois) Mulhern of North Stonington, CT; 4 grandchildren; 12 siblings; and many extended family and friends who will miss her. Maggie is preceded in death by her parents; son Howard Mulhern; 1 granddaughter; and 2 siblings.
Maggie liked to work with her hands in crafting, embroidery, and quilting. She liked to take care of others through her work, and later, taking care of her mother in her later years.
A memorial service celebrating Maggie’s life will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022, at 3:00 pm at the Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center Chapel.
