Margaret "Bitsy" Elizabeth Noyes, 70, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away at her residence on July 26, 2021. She went to heaven with her beloved pets, Ellie, Rags, and Misty by her side. Having never married, Bitsy and her pets (past and present) were a family. Bitsy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 29, 1950, to Harry Floyd Noyes, Jr. (1913-1985), and Margaret Elizabeth Touchton Noyes (1914 - 1996). Her parents divorced in 1952. She …
