Margaret Krum, 86, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully in her home on December 8, 2021. She is survived by her four children, three grandchildren, and her former husband.
Before moving to Hawaii, Margaret Lived in Newark Delaware for 35 years. There she did a lot of community service, organizing community events, working at a women’s health center, and collecting donations for the Hunger Project.
Margaret had a deep-seated commitment to her spiritual growth. For the last 20 years, she lived in Honolulu where she was a member of the Science of the Soul Spiritual Center. During her life, Margaret touched many lives through her giving nature, her spiritual practices and spiritual healing. As a Reiki Master, she initiated many students into this profound healing tradition.
Margaret enjoyed preparing and giving talks for her spiritual group. She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She cherished her connections with her grandchildren.
She loved her garden and the birds who came to her back door. She loved picking the tropical fruits from her yard and she especially loved noni. She enjoyed doing service and selling noni at a local market. She was very generous and would gift noni fruit packets to anyone in need.
She was so very blessed to have such devoted support from family, friends, members of her spiritual group and caregivers the last two years of her life journey. A dear friend was with her for the final hours reciting the prayers of her spiritual path.
