I’m so sorry that I missed the memorial this past weekend. Unfortunately, we’ve been under the weather now for about a week and I just want you all to know that you’ve been on our minds.

Margaret had an exquisite sense of style when it came to interior design, but she also listened deeply to her clients who quickly

became friends. With her creative gifts and

sense of fun, the entire process became less

intimidating and resulted in wonderful

outcomes.  She was a consummate

professional and extraordinary person.

I had the opportunity to meet Margaret many times through my parents, Mike and Joan Walters. Her soul shined so bright!  I will forever be grateful to her for her sage wisdom about motherhood and education--it was because of Margaret that my children ended up going to Montessori school (and later Paideia) and I ended up as a Montessori teacher. She was an incredible listener and an inspired thinker.  i am so thankful I knew her.  Sending all who loved her love and light.
I met Margaret once but have heard many fun stories about her from her sister Jessica.  From that I know she will be missed dearly.  Sympathy goes out to all the family members including a dear friend, Jess.
