Margaret "Peg" Kemper, 81, of Walnut Creek, CA passed away peacefully on July 08, 2023, in the company of her husband Fred.
Peg grew up in Angola Indiana, in the company of her father, Ralph Wendel Jarrard, mother Edith "Edie" Jarrard, Aunt Ida and sister Patricia. Peg developed retail marketing and sales skills working part time in the family men's clothing store.
Peg attended Indiana University from 1961 to 1964 and earned a master's degree …
