Margaret was born in Glasgow Montana, to Edna and Arnie Kapphan. She attended Flathead high school. When she was 15 she met and married Edward Miller, with him she had 3 children Kathryn, Joseph, and Peggy. Margaret later divorced Edward and in 1979 remarried Peter Jackson who adopted all three of her children. They stayed married until 2006 and Margaret moved to Davenport . She lived there for 13 years with her daughter Kathryn who …
