Margaret E. Ward Welsh, age 96, passed on Dec 19, 2021 of pneumonia covid. She was born and raised in the Old Tenth Ward, the 12th child of Mary and John Ward. She was married to Judge James J. Welsh Jr.(deceased) and divorced after 17 years. Later in life she and Alex Nolfi (deceased ) became life partners. Marg loved singing and dancing; at parties and affairs she would always be on the dance floor …
