She was an excellent seamstress and had an early ability to produce wall art. She was an avid baker. Many of us enjoyed her homemade jams over the years.
She began her work career in the office of Sears and Roebucks on Mission and Army Streets in San Francisco at the age of 18. She moved on to work at the United States Post Office in the dead letter seasonal office during Christmas, became a mail carrier then moved into their office environment working at many San Francisco facilities. She retired at the age of 59 out of the Petaluma facility as a highly respected Transportation Manager.
Margaret became the primary care giver for her grandmother, Muriel Bopp for the last 10 years of her grand-mothers life. She loved country music, Johnny Cash her favorite.
She mostly practiced holistic healing during her lifetime. She basically always owned a dog and cat or two and rescued multiple different animals over the years.
