Opal Davidson Chandler, born November 5, 1931, went home to be with Jesus on October 12, 2019 at the age of 87 as the beloved hymn, “Softly and Tenderly”, played on her bed side radio. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones, as well as the staff at “The Residence” memory care facility in Pensacola, Florida.
