Margaret Constance Magaletti Coe, age 79 of Danbury, CT, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. She was born to the late Frank Magaletti and Carmela De Lorenzo Magaletti on June 7,1941. Margaret was born and raised in White Plains, NY and spent most of her life in Danbury, where she moved after her marriage to David M. Coe in 1969. For many years she worked for Grolier Inc. in Danbury; retiring in 1999. She was also a long time member of St Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Margaret was a loving wife, proud mother, and wonderful grandmother. She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, David Coe, her three children and their spouses, Scott & Shadi Coe, Gary & Patricia Coe, and Karen & Jay Simmons, as well as her ten grandchildren, Cameron and Colin Coe, Daniel, Andrew, Alexandra, Molly, Jonathan, and Benjamin Simmons, and Aria and Ava Coe, all of Danbury, CT. She was predeceased by her brother Frank Magaletti Jr.

Margaret enjoyed gardening, knitting, painting, playing piano, and collecting antiques, but found the most joy spending time with and making arts & crafts projects with her grandchildren.

A private celebration of life service will be held in the future.
