Margaret "Peggy" Blackwood, 84, of Alpharetta, GA,(formerly from Branford, CT) passed away at home on December 16, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Peggy was born on November 5, 1938 to Alfred and Margaret Poturnicki in New Haven, Connecticut. Peggy was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was fiercely loyal to those she loved. Peggy was the center of her family and her ability to face adversity with bravery …
