Margaret Ann Allen,49 of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away June 28th 2018. Margaret was a loving Mother,Grandmother,Wife,Daughter,and friend. She had a soul that was one of a kind, she was beautiful in and out, She was a devoted Mother to her kids and grandkids.
