Marcia (“Marcy”) Jane Pefley, 58, of San Rafael, California, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in San Rafael from cancer. She was born June 5, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona to Charles and Barbara (King) Pefley. Marcia graduated in 1981 from Merrillville High School in Merrillville, IN, where she spent her formative years. She became a registered nurse after receiving an AS degree in Nursing from Indiana University, and she later became a nurse practitioner …
