Marcus "Marc" Henderson, 45, of Columbus, OH, passed away on July 21, 2022 after a long battle with lung cancer.

Marcus was born on to Ella Henderson and Jonathon Henderson in Columbus, OH. After graduating from Independence High School in 1994. He is leaving behind 4 children; Kevon Henderson, Dijon Henderson, Jashaun Henderson, and Torrey Henderson.


Marcus was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He always always tried his best to support them.


Marcus was also a passionate fishing and could often be found somewhere cooking out hen he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Marcus knew that he was the most loving father and  for. He is survived by Kevon Henderson, Dijon Henderson, Jashaun Henderson, Torrey Henderson, and his mother Ella Henderson.  There will be a funeral service held at Spencer Miller Funeral Home on July 27, 2022 at 11am.
