I just wanted to stop by and tell you, Marcus, that I am working on a scholarship in your honor. You are deeply missed.

It's funny. I got an email from this website prompting me to answer the question,  how did I first meet Marcus. God must have good timing because I was just talking about that today.

I met Marcus when I interviewed him for a job at the conflict office.  I still remember his passion.  Honestly I have never had someone who interviewed as well as Marcus did. It was a combination of his passion and heart that truly got me.

I was telling my husband today that Marcus was just made for the work. He understood people.  I loved that about him.

I miss him dearly and know that he still watches over all of us. Marcus,  I love you and miss you and thank you for being exactly who you are.

My love to the family.

My prayers are with Marcus and his family. I worked with him on State Farm matters and always found him prepared, practical, pleasant, and ready to assist in any way he could. I will miss him.

I met Marcus after he was assigned to one of my cases.  My experience from an adversary was Marcus espoused high degree of professionalism and integrity.  I knew I could trust his word. I am saddened by his passing and hope others reach out when facing difficulties.
To all the family, friends, and colleagues in his life, please accept my heartfelt condolences.  May you find peace in your pain and comfort in your grief.
I had the pleasure of working with Marcus at the Miami SAO. He was such a bright light, very funny and driven Attorney. He was a wonderful friend and human being. He will be missed!
He was my opposing counsel for many years. He was always professional, kind and a nice person. We could disagree on issues but he was always a gentleman and great advocate. I extend my condolences to his wife, girls, family and friends.
Marcus positively impacted everyone he met! He was kind, funny and so generous with his time! He was always willing to help us learn and brainstorm! I had the privilege of having worked with both Marcus and Erinn and loved being able to share that special time together. His memory will always live on! Sending all my love to the family! Continue to count on me for support 🙏❤️! We love you Marcus and miss you, but we take your spirit with us wherever we go !!

I have made a lot of acquaintances, but when I met Marcus,  I met a REAL friend. Marcus only wanted his colleagues to succeed. He met every challenge with a “can do” attitude. He was the biggest “Girl Dad” and dedicated family man. Marcus will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  We have lost a great soul here on earth, but Heaven has gained a bigger Angel. Marcus will forever  be in our heart. Love you Bro…..
