Obituary for Marcus Hamilton 1985-2021

In loving memory of Marcus Dow Hamilton, who passed away on October 10, 2021. Beloved husband of Krystal Hamilton, father of Kamryn Hamilton, Karsyn Hamilton, and Kai Hamilton. Marcus Hamilton was all about family. He loved his children and his wife very deeply. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, surfing, and spending time with family and friends. He was well known for helping out a friend in need, and his big heart. He also enjoyed reading books and studying how to start a business.

While in the Army he served as an Army Ranger in the 3rd Battalion of the 75th Regiment. Some of his decorations received were and included the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Commendation and Army Achievement Medals, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and many others not mentioned.

After the military, he enrolled in college and received a certificate in welding, and became one of the top welders in the Houston area. 

 Please join us for a memorial service with military honors for Marcus Hamilton on November 12 at 1:45pm to be held at the Houston National Cemetery alongside placement of his ashes in the cemetery columbarium wall.
