Marcela Ramos Salceda known to most people by Cely, died unexpectedly on January 20, 2022 in a car accident. Marcela loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Marcela was born on July 5, 1947 to Maximino and Felisa Salceda in Paete, Laguna, Philippines. She was the youngest and only girl of four children.
