2012, Mom’s 60th Birthday
Today would have been mom’s 74th birthday. However she’s celebrating it in heaven for her first heavenly birthday. I wanted to share one of my favorite birthdays with her. It was for her 60th! I had sent her flowers and balloons to her work as a surprise! She was so happy to be back at work after having a stroke a year prior and I wanted it to be a special day for her. Afterwards we went to our favorite Mexican place in Vegas, Lindo Michochan to celebrate her birthday! I wish i got to have more birthdays with her to celebrate. When we had fun together it was always a blast! I truly miss her so much. Happy birthday mom! I miss you and love you so much!

Mara and I worked together at Boston Proper women's clothing catalog company in Boca Raton. She was so caring and a kind woman. Always willing to help. She is truly going to be missed. Rest in Peace Mara and God Bless You. ❤️⚘️⚘️🥰🙏🙏😪

Mara was one of my early morning pals when I first started working at Zappos. We were on the same team for some time and started at around 5am or so, meaning our lunch time would be around 10am, maybe earlier. I would sit with her and Ricki Mandell and listen to them share stories or talk about their families, all while Mara was putting a LOT of ketchup on every meal. She liked ketchup I think ;) We stayed in touch over Facebook over the years. I loved that she kept up with my Facebook stories and goings-on. She'd ask me about what I've been up to or just say hi. Always so spunky. She will truly be missed.

So very sorry to know that Mara has passed. I worked with Mara at Zappos. Mara was funny, smart and dedicated to her job even though she wasn't feeling well. Mara was a spitfire! I'll miss her.❤️❤️
