Manuela Ortiz of Avondale, Arizona was called home on November 1st, 2023, eleven days shy of her 85th birthday.

She was a wonderful listener that never judged anyone. She opened up her heart, arms, and home to anyone in need and worried about others above herself.

Manuela enjoyed knitting, playing bingo and was a great cook that made the BEST tortillas in the world!! She also had a soft spot for her fur babies Shina and Little-man :)

The family will always imagine her saying “Pues Si” during conversations and smile. She was the best mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend anyone could ask for. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her!

Manuela is preceded in death by her husband Pablo, daughter Diana, and son Jaime. She is survived by her daughters - Yolanda, Stella, Nena, and Teresa; By her sons - Jorge, Joe, Pablito, and Manuel; by her partner Ramon. And by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren! As well as siblings, nieces, nephews etc.
