We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mandy. Sharyn and I only had the privilege of knowing Mandy for a short period of time, but we will forever remember her. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Thomas, the boys and the extended family.
Rest in peace.

Mandy was one of the first friends I made at The Hill High School that did not go to my primary school and she soon became one of my very close friends. Her Sharon, Debbie and myself used to spend many a break together under what became "our" tree in the quad. Mandy was an wonderful soul who never had a bad word to say about anyone and was loved by all who knew her. Her love of animals and people was evident in all she did. It is no wonder that this was also when Thomas fell in love with her and she finally gave in during our matric year and they have had many happy years since then. I am grateful for the years that had as friends and she will be missed. Thomas I am sending light and love to you and the boys.

Our 4 x 100m Relay team made up of Mandy, Candace, Sharon and I. We were a great team, who did really well. I will always, with great fondness, remember Mands being ever so kindand a great encourager to us all. Even when our race hadn't gone well Mands was always telling us better luck next time. Mands your kindness and smile will always remain with me. Thank you for being part of my time at THHS. Sending our deepest condolences to Thomas, Mikey, Cam and the rest of your family. You leave an AMAZING legacy in those boys and in all the lives you touched with your kind heart. We will uphold Thomas and Family in prayer during this exceptionally difficult time. Love you Mands RIP xxx

Hi Aunty Mands
I don't really know how to say goodbye, it still doesn't feel real or like it's just a mistake but here we are. I'm sorry I wasn't able to see you before. I'll never forget you, I don't think anyone could and I promise be there for the boys and Uncle Tom. Thank you for everything you've done for me. I'll miss you.
Love

I remember meeting Mandy and the boys at a BBQ outing at the O'Connor's while I was working with Thomas at KPMG's Global Services Center. What I remember most is how kind she was (at this occasion and other occasions where we interacted) especially to my wife Anna who was the newcomer to a group who had long-standing friendships. She welcomed her and made her feel comfortable as we were starting our own friendships with a terrific group of people. Such an admirable quality. May Thomas and the boys continue to be blessed by Mandy's memory and carry forward all the many, wonderful qualities that Mandy imparted on each of them.
