In the memory of

Mahrokh joonam, whose kindness,

beauty, and warm spirit touched everyone who knew her.

A wonderful friend who brought so much joy and light into my life— in Minneapolis, in California, and everywhere her presence was felt.

She had a special gift for making the world around her brighter and warmer.

It's been a year since your physical absence, but your memory and your friendship remain ever-present.

You are never

forgotten, Mahrokh joonam.

Your spirit lives on in our hearts, always.

I missed u so much

“The song has ended but the melody lingers on.”

Dear family, I am sorry for your loss. For *our* loss, really. Mahan joon is a beautiful soul, inside and out. She was elegance, grace, kindness, and warmth. When I close my eyes, I can picture the twinkle of hers.

My beautiful sister, losing you feels like losing a part of myself. But I am grateful for every second we shared, every hug, every conversation, and every smile. You taught me so much about love, resilience, and joy, and those lessons will remain with me always. You were the sun, moon and everything in between.

Farewell for now until we meet again.

Love you always and forever.

Khaleh Mahrokh- You made me feel loved, special and beautiful since I was a little girl. You were such a magical person to me and I will never forget the advice and guidance you so generously and affectionately shared.  Love you always
Mahrokh jaan I was so lucky to know you and learned so many things from you.  RIP

My dear friend Marokh joon, I will miss you a lot and am so grateful for your friendship all these years. Your courage, your passion, your love, your grace, your beauty, your enthusiasm, your curiosity, your loyalty, your wisdom, your fascinating mind, your hunger for life. You lived your life so beautifully, so fully, so truthfully. You had the courage to face the hard truths and the grace to soften into them. You loved your children and grandchildren as big as the sky, and how your eyes would light up every time you spoke about each and every one of them. Joyfully running up to take care of baby Yara, all the way to sweet baby Kaia’s birth, your passion for your family was so beautiful to witness. While it is impossible to say goodbye, I know that you live on forever in each of them and that your love is unyielding and omnipresent. How we will miss your warm smile and your intelligent, bright eyes, and how we will hold your memory up high for ever. Thank you for all the years of laughter, of tears, of witnessing and being witnessed. You lived life beautifully my friend, a true teacher and student all the way until the very end. Your memory and your life is an endless blessing, and I love you forever azizam.

you were my teacher in more ways than one, my cheerleader, my expander, my friend.  courageous and strong, kind and warm, intelligent and creative, engaging and inquisitive. there was always a light in your eyes, a curiosity that i related to, and an authenticity that was so rare and so special.  in you i saw my own potential realized: you gave me permission to be exactly who i am by being exactly who you are. thank you for living life with such presence, grace, love, and fullness. it feels like it all went by too fast, and yet, i am so deeply grateful for every moment we shared. sending love in every direction.  thank you for finding me in this lifetime, i will cherish and remember you forever.
Mahrokh Joon e Nazanin ,
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." "No one ever told me that grief felt so much like fear." "Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in our heart ❤️!
Mahrokh for us symbolized the best in human kindness and affection. We're grateful for the positive memories she has left us. Rest in peace.
I volunteered with Mahrokh at SCORE for 11 years. She was a great friend and tireless worker. She was devoted to her family. All who knew her will miss her thoughtfulness and skill at working with people. I hope her family finds some peace in the good she left behind.

Rest in peace Mahroukh Jan.  I will always remember good times we had and your beautiful smile and your positive approach toward always wanting to fix things and make everyone happy

My condolences to family members and all friends.

 روحت شاد و یادت مانا

Mahrokh was a remarkable woman in every aspect ( daughter, sister, friend, wife, aunt, and   Mother). My deepest condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed. May her spirit rest in peace and power.

Mahrokh was the 1st person I met as I applied to become a Score mentor. She was so nice and kind during the interview that it confirmed my willingness to join the community. I did not have the chance to get to know her in person but will remember her for her generosity in welcoming me.

My condolences to her family and friends.
