Maggie's obituary

Margaret “Maggie” Mullen tragically left our world on November 30th, 2024.  Maggie is remembered for her empathy, compassion, and patience – always offering support to those she cared about, regardless of the sacrifice.

Maggie devoted much of her life to being a dedicated, resilient, and deeply compassionate emergency room nurse in Trenton, NJ. In 2017 she earned her master’s degree from Simmons College as a Family Nurse Practitioner and continued to work relentlessly to improve the lives of not just her patients, but everyone she encountered.

Known for her sharp wit, frequent sarcasm, and quick comebacks (often in the form of a fork to the thigh), Maggie brought humor and light to even the most challenging situations. A fierce protector of those she loved, she is survived by her sons Tyler and Declan, stepdaughters Madison and Stephanie, and husband Jamie.

Maggie was a tremendous presence and carried an unquenchable fire in her soul. She is and will remain deeply missed. Rest peacefully, Maggie.

With love forever, the Mulbras.

A celebration of Maggie’s life will take place on December 28th, 2024, from 11am – 2pm at the Hibernians Club, located 2419 Kuser Road  in Hamilton, NJ. Friends and family are graciously welcomed to remember Maggie’s spirit and celebrate a life gone too soon.

“Where there is deep grief there is great love.”
