Magenalda's obituary
"Magenalda Paul was a beautiful, vibrant, and ambitious young adult, born on November 20th, 2001, in Haiti. She is the beloved daughter of Reginald Paul and Magella Verna and the sister of Snachelyne Suze Paul and Lahana Paul. Throughout her childhood, Magenalda demonstrated curiosity and a passion for learning, which led her to excel in academics. After completing high school, while pregnant, Mama gave birth to a baby girl named Melody Eve Sherah Pierre and still pursued higher education at Florida Career College, where she studied Medical Assistance and graduated.
Apart from her academic achievements, Magenalda was also passionate about entrepreneurship and proved it by creating and owning "Luxe Beauty Heaven," a beauty brand and cosmetic online store. With time, she was going to be very successful. Like all human beings, Mama had her flaws, but despite this, she would get on your nerves for days and ask forgiveness for days. If you said she didn't listen to you, it was just because she trusted herself too much and believed she always knew the best thing to do.
However, her respect, love, empathy, and kindness made her a proud, loving, sensitive, and protective mother for her daughter Sherah. She was a cherished daughter to her parents, a best friend to her sister, a lovely, complicated, and loving niece to her aunties and uncles, and a funny, caring person to her cousins, and confidante to some of her friends. Her dreams were bigger than most of us; they were the size of America.
With a strong sense of purpose and compassion, Magenalda was committed to making a positive impact and change for others around her, specifically for her 2-year-old daughter, Melody. As she continued to grow and evolve, she was destined for greatness, inspiring those around her with her infectious enthusiasm, resilience, and generous spirit. The family and friends felt special to have had her in our lives, were happy and proud to support her on her life journey towards achieving her dreams and making a meaningful difference, and will forever miss her.
