Madonna Virginia Vance passed on February 21, 2023 in Raleigh, NC at the age of 85.
Madonna was born on September 10, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland to Kenneth Gordon and Mary Virginia (Ingman) Eaton. Shortly after graduating from Catonsville High School, she met and married Tommy Dean Penticuff (deceased) of Kansas City, Missouri. They lived in various locations while Tom served the US Army and Madonna worked with US Immigrations. They eventually settled back in …
