MADELEINE Helena Stein , age 58, passed away on May 5, 2020 due to complications from kidney failure. She was born October 2, 1961 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Frederick and Maryann Afflerbach. She married her longtime best friend and love, Richard A. Stein , in October 1990. Maddy’s biggest accomplishment was her daughter Victoria Ann.
