I met Lynn here at Horizon House through Secular Humanists and the Black Lives Matter group. Then we became walking buddies. Walk talk argue, walk talk discuss, which are better cats or dogs, the state of current affairs, and so on. I have made a donation to Jewish Voice for Peace in her honor, as she was a passionate supporter of the Palestinian people and land. Ruth Yeomans.
I was honored to be Lynne’s primary care physician for the past 10 years. Lynne was an incredibly memorable patient and I think of her fondly. She lived to 98 through force of will and by commitment to activities and exercise. I was always impressed by her passion for living and living well – travel, friends, social engagements. She was feisty and funny and regularly made me laugh. Her family is likewise very special and I appreciate her children’s love for her which certainly prolonged her life and improved her quality of life. Love all the pictures of young Lynne!! I can see she touched many peoples’ lives.
I appreciated reading the obituary and looking at the photos. They make me realize I already miss Lynne!Yeah, I know how obnoxious she could be. She irked me too...tho not very often. I'm glad I knew Lynne and that Leslie and I were able to spend some fine, quiet moments with her.
I want to express my deepest condolences on Lynne’s passing away
Let me tell you that she was the greatest person I met in my life. She was a fantastic person and I loved her very much. She had a great influence in me . Erika and I are very sorry
I am attaching some pictures that Erika and me have
To be loved by Lynne was an "experience"! She always let you know how much she loved you and did so right up until a few days before she passed. Her heart was full of passion that was expressed best when speaking about her family, the worlds injustices and her beloved John. We loved her deeply and will never forget all she meant to the two of us. We're grateful that we moved to WA and we were able to visit in the last years of her life. She'll be carried into the future in our hearts forever.
