She was wonderful person and glad I got to know her. Prayers and thoughts to all

I was heartbroken to hear about Lynn. I have fond memories of her in Alaska. She always went out of her way to reach out and take care of each of us. I’m going to go through some old photo albums to see if I have any pics from the last get together we had in August 1999. It was a great day of friends, riding motorcycles, 4 wheelers and lots of food. I can remember when y’all got the St. Bernard puppy! So many little things as I think back, but more importantly she was such a caring person and a “mom” figure to all of us who were young and so far away from our blood families. She was definitely taken too soon from this earth but I know she’ll do some pretty amazing things from above.

My heart breaks for all the Voelker family. You all were my little brothers and sister who just happened to live across the street.
Lynn was a steady force being raised with two brothers. So many memories of Pasadena Dr. Great times. Always smiles and laughter.
Lynn was always your Mom made over. The rock her family stood on. Creative. Loving. Loyal. Giving. All the things God wanted her to be. The world has lost a treasure, but heaven gained one of the best.
My prayers are for the peace and strength that only God can provide for Danny, Julie, Gary, Dean and all the family and all who love her.
Love always, Teri Layton Mantle

Our deepest sympathy to Lynn's family--I grew up on Pasadena with Lynn, Gary (Karen) and Dean (Sarah). They were the best neighbors who took care of the end of our street along with the Layton's. My mom took care of the beginning of the street. So many fond memories of your family since way back when--1960's ish! Not quite sure of when but I know your family was always there.
Lynn was as sweet as her mom and dad. Even though time has passed since we saw each other, you will always be our friends/neighbors that we loved and cherished. Always remember the good times and remind each other of them often. Wishing you all peace as you move forward and heal.
Love you all, Carole and Jerry
