Lynnette Stockman , known to most as “Lynnie” or “Jeannie,” passed unexpectedly from this earth on Sunday August 29th, 2021 in her home. Jeannie was a loving wife and mother, dedicated grandmother, and friend to many. She was born in Jefferson, Maryland, the youngest of seven children, on November 11th, 1943 and spent most of her life living in Frederick and Carroll counties.
