Because of her progression of her mental illness of Schizoaffective Disorder she was deemed unable to care for herself and her children. However she did not believe anything was wrong with her and refused treatment or medication. Medication would have helped her at least be functional enough for the family to help her. This was to no avail and said to others she was abandoned by her family. Her mental illness removed her from us. We loved her very much and we are heartbroken of her passing. She died alone in her little spot where she felt safe to sleep.
She is being cremated and will be sent to my home in a temporary container. I am raising funds from family and friends to give Lynda better than what we could provide her before she passed. Many relatives and friends have said they would like to contribute to this fund for Lyndas Final Resting spot of a niche on the wall at the Escondido Cemetary. She will have an engraved plaque to mark her little spot. The approximate cost is 2200. -2500. We have already have raised $707.
