Dear Michael and family, So very sorry for loss of your wife and Mother !! I just got the card from Michael about her death and was so shocked !! Lynda and I became great friends in 1976 working at Kmart together for 2 years. We always have fun times together , working together and party friends for those short 2 years 76-78 in San Clemente, CA. We were both from the Midwest, She was from Chicago and I was from Kansas city, Mo working for Kmart and transferred to K-mart in San clemente, CA. We became good friends working together and while I was waiting for my Marine boyfriend who was stationed in Okinawa during that years. Lynda and I enjoyed going to parties and clubs together in Los Angeles and in San Clemente, Sometimes we would change our names when we went out to clubs, She would use fake name , Lillian, and I would be Vivian . We always had a good time together with party friends and work friends. In 1978 my boyfriend returned and we had to move back to KC, Mo where I married someone else(my current husband of 43yrs) in KC, MO 1980. She did visit me one time in KC when she was traveling back to Chicago to visit her family and She stopped in KC to visit me and we went to a Tod Rudgren Concert in KC, MO 1979, we had a blast ! I tried to stay in touch with Lynda by mail for several years , Every year after I always sent her a Birthday card because she didnt like communicating too much on Internet and Email . I last saw Lynda in July 2001 when my family and I took train trip to Dana Point, CA to visit family and Lynda met us, me and my husband our 2 kids , for short visit and lunch in Dana Point. I wish we could have done more together over the years but we both were so busy with work and family. Wish I could had seen her one more time before her death. I am just so Heartbroken to hear about her passing. I will never forget Lynda ! She was a great friend and person !! Love & miss you my dear Friend ! Sue Beebe Owens , Lafayette, LA.

To the LeFave Family, I’m so saddened by Lynda’s passing. Lynda and I worked together at TRUS for many years both starting out as Instructional Aides and then as office staff; so many fond memories in and out of the office with Lynda. Sending you my heartfelt condolences and prayers.
