So sorry for your loss. I knew your mom as a fellow church member and co-worker. My daughters have such fond memories of being in your Mom’s 2nd grade class.  Your mom touched the lives of so many children and their families and I feel very blessed to have known her.  May her soul Rest In Peace.

I knew your Mom as my 2nd grade teacher at St. John's Lutheran. Fun fact: whenever I'm confused by <> symbols, I remember her instruction that "the alligator opens its mouth to the biggest number".

I'm so sorry to hear of her passing, yet glad she was able to be with family and live near the beautiful Roaring Fork River.

I did not know your mom, but your dad was my 6th grade teacher his first year of teaching.  I LOVED him and have never forgotten him.  I went on to be a teacher also (4th grade) for 26 years at Snow School in Napa.  Sorry about your mom.

Susan Ribardiere (Wagner)
