Obituary
Lybia Dolores Fulcher, 61, is now resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on November 3, 1960 in Puerto Rico and lived a wonderful life of loving others with all her heart, making them laugh with her outgoing personality and sarcastic humor, and accomplishing all her goals with her tenacious spirit, which included attaining a college degree at 47 and learning to play the violin …
