Luisa's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luisa Alonzo, who entered eternal rest on May 10, 2024. Born on November 8, 1964, Luisa illuminated every space she entered with her vivacious energy and infectious laughter.

Surviving her are her sons, David Ortiz and Mohammed Hossain, ex-husband Chino Alonzo, daughter-in-law Linda Villagomez, grandsons Fabian Villagomez and Dalin Ortiz, and sisters Martha Ortiz and Lourdes Maritza. Luisa's family was her greatest joy and nothing pleased her more than to see them happy and thriving.

Everyone who knew Luisa was touched by her radiant personality. She was remembered as funny, generous, adventurous, and outgoing. Always the life of the party, her laughter could light up a room and her generous spirit made her friends feel welcomed and loved. She lived life to the fullest and her adventures were the stuff of legends. Her lessons on how to have a fun and great time will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched.

Luisa's legacy is one of kindness and generosity. She had an innate ability to make others feel special and significant. Her heart was big, her spirit was free, and her generosity knew no bounds. This legacy will continue to live on, influencing and inspiring those who had the honor of knowing her.

A viewing for Luisa will be held on May 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Thomas M. Gallagher Funeral Home. All those who knew and loved Luisa are invited to attend and celebrate her beautiful, vibrant life.

Luisa's passing leaves an undeniable void in our lives, but her energy, laughter, kindness, and love will continue to resonate with us all. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate a life well-lived, marked by warmth, love, and generosity.
